Kohala Ranch, Big Island of Hawaii

Charlie and Terri Main called the Big Island home for 8 years.   During this time Charlie was fortunate to be the contractor for a number of beautiful custom homes.    Five of these homes were located in Kohala Ranch, a development on the North end of the island.  Kohala Ranch offers sweeping views of the Hawaiian coastline and was a wonderful location in which to build.    Charlie’s clients varied from families raising children, to horse breeders, to retired couples building their dream homes.    No matter what the vision was, Charlie worked enthusiastically to make it a reality.  Some of the more interesting projects included a knife-edge pool,  a driveway with a 40 ft bridge span over a creek, and Hawaiian style, redwood louver windows.  Quality,  superior craftsmanship, and attention to detail were a must for these showcase homes and the finished product was always something to be proud of.
