I have had the opportunity to work with Charlie Main (and Specialty Construction) during the construction phase of a 3500sf mixed use building located in San Luis Obispo.

What caught my immediate attention about Mr. Main was his attention to detail.  It was clear to me from day one that this was not just another job to him.  He took compromise to details personally, and it showed.  I would receive pleasant phone calls anytime he saw a situation where a detail could be refined to produce a better product.  I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, work habits and care that Mr. Main gave to the project.

Through the revisions, changes and improvements I have spoken about above, the cost of the final product to the owner never increased without authorization.  I would note also that most of these extra efforts on Mr. Main’s part were executed without incurring any extra expense to the owners.

I feel that Mr. Main has excellent knowledge of the construction industry, is an honest man, and is willing to work as a team player to deliver the best product at the best price to the owner.  I would recommend him for future projects without hesitation.
