Chapel of the Roses

When the San Simeon earthquake struck in December of 2003, The Main Company team was busy facilitating an office remodel at Chapel of the Roses in Atascadero.  Unfortunately, the earthquake left the funeral home with significant structural damage. Charlie Main was retained as project coordinator and led a team of architects and engineers on a significant tear-down and rebuild – without a single day of business closure.   Chapel of the Roses underwent a beautiful facelift, including a new façade with tile roof, stucco and exterior tile treatments, and an extensive redesign of the reflection garden, including water features and architectural concrete.
